The safety and well being of our employees, patients and community is our priority and we take the concerns of the coronavirus seriously.

We are taking all appropriate measures in response to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic to protect the health and safety of our valued patients and staff.

For the protection of all, if you are a patient with an appointment this week and have a fever, cough, trouble breathing or other respiratory issues, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment, avoid contact with others, and contact your primary care provider. If you have these symptoms, and your appointment is not for a routine matter and you need to be seen as soon as possible or need to speak with us for another reason, please contact us. Also, let us know if you have traveled to any coronavirus affected areas. If you have come in contact with someone with fever, respiratory symptoms or who is known to have coronavirus DO NOT come to our office for your appointment.

We request that you bring only one additional person with you to your visit. No children will be allowed. Be prepared to have your temperature taken upon your arrival. Per New York State Executive order, all patients are required to wear a mask when entering the facility as well as any guest. If you do not you may not be able to keep your appointment. Finally, we request that you maintain a 6 foot distance between you and other patients and vistors at all times.
